    That yellow stuff looks like the slabbed slime stores try to pass off as cheese (aka American Cheese). Or it could be a cheddar flavored cheese sauce. Or it could be...no, let's not go there. The sandwich looks like something from Arby's.

    Ahh yes, Arby's. They used to call it some kind of roast beef thingy.
    My parents used to eat those type of things until they both had to have quad-by-passes.

    It is not from Arby's. Comes from a small Mom & Pop Deli. Deli sliced roast beef, lettuce, pickles, melted cheedar.
    I had my Triple By-Pass 6 & 1/2 years ago.
