    I need a 6GHz CPU to get all 7.9's.

I don't think even 6GHz would do it Gary, even with an Ivy E, but who knows. Great scores though.
I've seen a computer with dual Xeon's in it and they only scored a 7.8 on WEI. I personally don't think it's possible to legitimately get a 7.9 CPU score.

7.8 is as high as you can go on the CPU with Win 7.

I'm not buying it. I have a six core processor, socket 2011 (which trumps 1366) and still have only 7.8 for the CPU. Everything else is 7.9.

If TWO high end Xeon's won't hit 7.9...............then Microsoft should tell us what will!

With a non overclocking basic Intel motherboard and processor. And a Visiontek HD 3450 AGP. I'm happy to have these numbers. MB temps are in the lows 40C with a 350 watt power supply:). By the way, this is a well run forum. Thank you allowing me to be a member.

Cripes Red nice score for a 478 mate. If you lived a bit closer I got a few GPUs that could bring your scores up for free!!:)
