How to disable schedule Chkdsk,accidentally clicked yes?

I accidentally clicked on schedule chkdsk and I do not want to spend hours waiting so How would I disable it,

what does this mean in "regedit": Autocheck autochk/r\??\c:autocheck autochk* and I want to change it so it can act they way before when I clicked on schedule chkdsk

Chkdsk Accidentally deleted an important .dll file
