What service & process can I disable?

In XP I also disabled the spooler service 'cuz I never print.
I have already turned off the pagefile and system restore.
What else can I do? I'm not quite familiar with the services, processes, etc. It's quite different from XP.

    Thank you.

    Hello Justi,

There's a great guide from Black Viper in the yellow TIP box in the tutorial below with recommendations on what may be safe to disable.

    Services - Start or Disable

If you are not familiar with Services, then it may be best to leave them as is. Otherwise you should create a system restore point in case you need to do a system restore to undo a change you made to service that you cannot change back normally.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
