Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Hmmm from a security stand point thats a horrible idea. Those files unless cleared persist for eternity. I cant believe the only solution for preventing that is disabling thumbnail viewing.

not for eternity, only till Windows overwrites them. Sometime the .db files are but but have no data in them. Try out the Thumbs viewer in my earlier post.

What security stand point? There is no security flaw here. If an attacker compromises your computer they are not going to care about your tiny thumbnails when they have access to your full images.

Question about Thumbnail Cache
I have always avoided deleting thumbnail cache when cleaning my PC, both manually and with Ccleaner. Currently, my thumbnail cache is ~ 180MB. My simple question is: if I delete the thumbnail cache, will I lose any embedded album art from my AAC (.m4a) files?
