    WMI Broken?

hi ive been doing some experimenting with my computer (eGPU thread) and after i installed my drivers, rebooted, im getting a WMI error. i have a gadget that is telling me that it cant display any of my systems clock speeds, hard drive speeds because WMI is broken. also in task manager, it is using like %10 of my CPU and is making my frequencies jump all over the place and keeping my cpu fan on all the time. any ideas how to resolve this? the service is running.

Gadgets are not always the best have you tried a software solution like Speccy or HWinfo etc for detailed outputs try a few if you have to as these types of programs often give strange outputs on normal setups so with a eGPU who knows

no eGPU plugged in rite now. its solely just my laptop. i know its not working bc in task manager the CPU % is jumping from 7-20% and so is my CPU frequency. going from 1.5ghz to 3.06GHZ.
