by stutter i mean it kind of a hangs for few seconds (2-4 seconds randomly),then starts working normally....
for instance: When,I am playing FIFA 13,the games stutter for 2 seconds and then sarts working fine
    ..
if i you are unable to get wheat i mean by stutter let me explain in detail
when watching a movie the screen kind of a freezes for few seconds also audio distorts
i dont think that problem is wid my graphic card as when i am surfing the net usinf firefox,my computer stil kind of a stutter for few seconds then starts working again.....

    My configuration:-

Let's try reinstalling your graphics driver with the latest version. Go to start, type in device manager, then press enter. Go to display adapters, then right click on your graphics card and select uninstall. Then, check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device." Once the uninstall completes, restart your computer.
Note: Your resolution won't be correct, but that is normal.

Next, go to this website and download the graphics driver for your graphics card: AMD Graphics Drivers & Software
Install the graphics driver and reboot.

Ok. Let's try disabling everything that runs at startup except your antivirus. To do this, go to start, type in msconfig, and press enter. When the microsoft system configuration opens, go to the startup tab and disable everything except your antivirus. The , reboot your computer. This should decrease the amount of programs running in the background and possibly speed up your startup time. Also, what anticirus are you using.
