    That may be true nilank but mate the problem seems (at least to me to be centred round using one of those programs that promise you the earth and usually end up flattening it.

    I think for the OP anyway what Deacon Frost suggested is the answer and stay away from any of the optimising apps they are crap in my mind and like you have said by experience.

    Yeah you're right Mr John. Optimizers do have the potential to damage a system if they are not used with care. One should know what he/she is doing before applying any "tweak" using those apps.
