    Right i did a restore / removed the therm's and "Boom" it worked .Not bad ratings for a laptop released in 2009 compared to some selling in the shops today @ 450.00+ ...Thanks to all for there help

    I'm glad you got it working. Stay away from custom themes and patches, unless you really know what you are doing because they can cause problems.
