When im doing restart its on normal FPS For 5-15Min and then Dropping again.
Its doing to all of my games.

My old PC was fine with 32bit and never Dropped FPS,its now 64bit.

    Hi,

Lets gather some more basic information please:

System Info - See Your System Specs

Also, I notice you apparently have an Enterprise installation. Please do the following:

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

Is this PC part of an enterprise? Are you a Volume License subscriber? Lastly, run this tool to check to make sure your Windows installation is genuine: Genuine Microsoft Software

Also, go to start, type in cmd, right click on it and select run as administrator. Then, type in sfc /scannow. If it finds corrupted files, run the command again. After that, run the Genuine validation again.

    The website :
    Windows validation was interrupted.

The validation service is not available at this time. Please try validation again later.

    The CMD :
Windows Resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot

Did you reboot your computer? Be sure to reboot your computer if it finds corrupted files. Then, run the scan again. After that, run the Genuine Validation tool that I linked to above.
