performance issue

    performance issue


    using vista 32 and win 7 32and 64 still getting event id : 500 and event id :501
    and a message recomend me to chane to vista or win 7 basic , even my window score is 4.4
    so any ideas??????????

    Hello saad1957! Welcome to the forums...

    Is this the result of a BSOD?? Can you go to your event viewer/application tab and see if there are any critical errors/warnings and list them?? If it is the result of a BSOD can you upload the .dmp file for analysis?

    i don't know what you mean by BSOD ????
    but no critical errors in event viewer , most the time if not all that message i get it after waking-up pc from sleep

    Don't use sleep.
    Some drivers do not "reset" or "work" after the computer wakes up from sleep mode or hibernation.
    (Although Windows 7 seems to have worked out quite a few issues such as this)

    BSOD = Blue Screen Of Death .. This happens when your system crashes ... I noticed this ... NVIDIA Display Driver Service .. Download latest drivers from Nvidia and update your drivers...

    Have you tried upgrading your graphics driver?
