keep getting a blank white page that covers 3/4's of my desktop

Not all the time, but 5 out of 7 days, a white blank page will appear as a 3/4's window over blocking whatever I am doing which I can select any other window or option on my toolbar and my selection will appear over the white page/window, but I have tried to close everything open and the only thing that remains is this blank white window/page blocking the majority of my desk top. This page has no options in upper right corner to close it or minimize it as well as it doesn't have any indication on my toolbar that it is even open or exists. The odd thing right now by typing this issue out, I tried right clicking on my toolbar and selecting to see my desktop which made the white page go away. Before, I tried everything to get rid if this white box by attempting to shrink it, to right clicking on it to see what pops up which nothing does, and I have tried to left click it and still nothing happens. I use to have to restart my computer to get it off my computer screen but now I guess I will just right click on tool bar and select desk top as that just worked. but I would like to know what is causing this and how to stop it. Ever since I purchased my laptop and started using it, it started to appear but not as frequent so I did not use my one time free phone tech support to solve this issue as I wanted to save it for something possibly worse that I needed immediate help with. Any suggestions, would greatly be available.

Lets see what is running on your machine .

Can you download the tool below from the PC or another PC and use a flash drive to transfer the program to the bad PC

    Click on Download Now button

Right-click the DDS icon choose Run as administrator to run the tool.

Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
