Always Stuck on Tranferring files from DVD to Local Disk

My Back ups are all saved on DVDs and CDs
I never encounter this problem before(running on windows XP)
But now I switch to Windows 7 I got this problem

Please Help me. .

Windows 7 ultimate x64

Could be your DVD/CD have scratches..... Try the same in another system

Windows 7 Home Premium x64

The transfer appears to get stuck on that one file; unless the sixth item is also not transferrable.

Since Norton N360 is now on version 20.3.1, is it absolutely necessary to recover this particular version file?

It stuck on a video file so I drag it on converter then set the output directory to my desktop

Do you have trouble reading other discs? Or is it this one particular disc?
