Ok, interesting indeed. Same processes are indeed growing. I need you to download http://www.cluberti.com/images/Poolmon3vbsPerf.zip and extract it to your desktop.
Once extracted, right-click on the file "_LogPool-as-a-service.cmd" and run as administrator. Once it starts, it'll open up a command prompt window and install and start a service (you will see it provide output to the command prompt). It will then start gathering data - you can close the command prompt if you need to, or leave it open - either way, data is being collected to files in that folder on your desktop (the folder it captures to will be called Poolmon-OUTPUT). If you let that run until it gets close to you being out of memory, you can stop the data collection by running the file (again, right-click and run as administrator) "_RemovePoolmon3service.cmd". This will stop data collection and remove the service.
You can then zip up and upload the Poolmon-OUTPUT folder for analysis.
why am unable to download Process Explorer after signing in ??
