Windows 7: Boot Slows Down (Some) when there are more Windows Backups

Windows 7 Professional x64 Service Pack 1

It is a very small slowdown (just a few seconds maybe 4-5 at most but maybe less than that) but the Windows boot animation is faster after I clear old Windows backup points using Disk Cleanup.
