explorer.exe using 12-13% of the CPU

Hi,

as the title says, my explorer.exe is using 12-13% of the CPU, as soon as I start my laptop

I read some threads about deleting recent files, I already searched and deleted my most recent ones but nothing changed

How can I find the source of this problem?
I already killed the explorer.exe and re-run it but the cpu usage returns to the same %..

this post from 2011 helped me, the irony as the problem on that thread was already solved and that user only posted once, that comment at the end without reply, that unique post, my hero! xP

was the IDM(internet download manager) dll screwing my cpu literally... I just followed the steps on that post
