    Does it disregard the BIOS post time since some motherboards have a long post time while Windows 7 naturally finishes boot time to desktop in under 10 seconds on an SSD?

    Open the .vbs file with notepad, you'll see where the text is. Change it up and save it as restart.vbs to the same location.

    It times it from when you hit the restart button till the desktop is active again and includes shutdown, POST time.

    No, it calculates the time from when it shuts down, until it's back on the desktop. The more motherboard/chipset features/drivers you have, the longer it will take. You can set the POST time on some motherboard's BIOS.

    I see. It's a hardly noticable change lol. I thought it changed the way the script logs the restart time.
