random high cpu usage with explorer.exe

    takes me about 10mins doing it from a thumb drive but l dont have to space to create images on an external at the moment tho l'll definitely look into it.

    just thought l would update.

    lve noticed something with regards to this problem.

    like l may have said earlier l noticed this issue most notably with facebook however it happened elsewhere and l think lve drawn some sort of correlation between when it happens between the few places l remember it starting, that being the pages contained flash content as lm sure all three time l remember (which were on different sites) the flash plugins were active tho the only process that starts maxing out is explorer.exe

    Good old Flash.

    If you are using Firefox, you could install NoScript.
    It blocks Flash by default.

    It has a lot of settings that you can play with (I don't know what most of them do though).
    I have it set to block Flash on Whitelisted sites too.

    It can be painful working out which scripts to allow, since most sites have stupid numbers of scripts.

    l already use noscript problem is the few sites l enable flash on l kinda need flash enabled for its sort of annoying
