Windows 7 Professional Won't Boot Up

I have a OS data corruption issue that I need help with. After restarting my computer to install some Windows
Updates, Windows won't load. The trouble is like this:
    1) BSOD
    2) Goes to "Windows is loading files"
    3) "Startup Repair is checking your system"
    4) "Windows cannot repair this computer automatically"
    5) Computer turns off, I turn it on and keep getting the same messages as above.

I tryed booting in "Safe Mode" to do a "System Restore" but goes thru the same loop of trouble.
Also tryed to boot up with original Windows OS disc that I have but could not repair the OS this way either.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Use System Recovery Options from Win7 DVD or Repair CD to run Startup Repair a few times to see if it gets traction when run from disk. If not run System Restore from the Options list.

If this fails work through these steps which try everything possible for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

If this is the original HP preinstalled Win7 then you'd probably be better off skipping to the steps to rescue your data and do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
since an HP Factory Preinstall is always the worst possible install of Win7 one can have, loaded with the worst mess of bloatware in the industry.
