Hi xdoverated21 and welcome to Seven Forums.
It does look a bit slow but usb flash drives can be very slow on writing. This is particularly true if you are writing a lot of small files. I suspect there is no fix.
Unfortunately, Kado is right. In Win 7, there's no fix. To get fast file transfers from flash drives or DVD drives, I found it necessary to boot into Windows XP.
I agree with Kado897. Even those new USB 3.0 flash drives have horrible small file transfer rates. The only way to increase it significantly is to buy a USB 3.0 external SSD drive, but they are extremely expensive. It wouldn't be worth it for your PC since it doesn't have USB 3.0 port.
