svchost.exe is a main windows internal program, you will see it listed a lot and it is a critical component, not an issue, if it's running smoothly at all.
Download and run Rkill
RKill Download
Click on Download Now button
Save the file to your Desktop
Right click rkill select
Upload the log it opens up at the end .
