No I have not;I don't have any other kinds of discs,I'll see if I can locate one. I just put a DVD movie in, and it does work...

You could get the same functions of a System repair disc from the Windows 7 installation disc . Here is the ISO for the Windows 7 Pro 64 bit SP1 below

Only to Install it yes but to do System Repairs as you would on a System Repair disc no .
Difference between the two is one is an installation disc other one just a repair disc .
Actually, I already have this ISO..but it would still need to be burned to a disc, correct?
It's in my Seagate 500 GB back-up drive, It still may have something to do with the error code that I started out with.
Have you tried extracting the ISO file using winrar or 7zip to a folder then copy the contents to a bootable USB ?
No I haven't tried that. I do have 7zip, but it won't solve my real problem, which is creating discs. It must be connected to the original error message that I began with.
