Windows 7: Windows 7 start menu search results ordering?

Windows 7 start menu search results ordering?

When I search something in the start menu, the results are not ordered correctly. For instance, a result in which a character/word that appears somewhere in the middle or in the end of the program file name is given precedence over those that begin with that character/word. When searching the same on another computer, the results are ordered fine, so obviously there is some issue with my windows 7 settings.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Please view the attachment with this post. When I type "X", XPS Viewer is shown as the last while Adobe Reader is shown as the first result, because the results are arranged alphabetically. I want XPS Viewer to be the first result.

Thanks for the reply VistaKing. With this method, I'm able to change the order of items manually but the results of any search are still displayed in the alphabetical order.
