    On
    Hold down Control and click on ESET Online Scanner to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window
    Click the button
    Check YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
    Click the Start button.
    Accept any security warnings from your browser.
    Under scan settings, check "Scan Archives" and "Remove found threats"
    Click Advanced settings and select the following:
    ° Scan potentially unwanted applications
    ° Scan for potentially unsafe applications
    ° Enable Anti-Stealth technology
    ESET will then download updates for itself, install itself, and begin scanning your computer. Please be patient as this can take some time.
    When the scan completes, click List Threats
    Click Export, and save the file to your desktop using a unique name, such as ESETScan. Include the contents of this report in your next reply.
    Click the Back button.
    Click the Finish button.



    On or
    Click on esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe to download the ESET Smart Installer. Save it to your desktop.
    Right click on choose on your desktop
    Check YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
    Click the Start button.

    i just woke up so know ill try and update but did that fix anything or wasn't that just a scan

    it did one update out of 5 that were under the important list but its was just a normal update it tried to update to ie9 and failed when i turned on pc this morning but im running that scan on my mozzilla browser but i just download mozzilla after getting rid of all that adware so i don't think it will find anything but im no expert so i will add eset report for mozzila its at step 3 of 4 ask we speak and 30%

    here is the eset scan from mozzilla it found a few threats but nothing has changed is still get 2 errors when trying to update to ie9 "WindowsUpdate_00000002" "WindowsUpdate_dt000" and for the service pack 1 update i get errors WindowsUpdate_8024200D" "WindowsUpdate_dt000

    Looked like it quarantined a lot of stuff . Have you ran Malwarebytes .

    yes and adware and ccleaner and hitmanpro and the ones you had me do, sorry this just so frustrating i know explorer.exe is trying to find its home and cant like it got corrupted. i thank you so much for your time is there anything else i can try?. i will run malwarebytes again just for the heck of it.

    Lets see what programs are installed .

    Click here DDS

    Click on Download Now button

    When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

    Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop then click the Run button to run the tool.

    Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt


    Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

    Don't zip the attach.txt file
