    sorry about admin qestion i meant to say no. im running removal tool now i had to quit the eset. though it was interfering

    Shoot . Should of waited till ESET finished before running the MCPR .

    will im using the main one not the built in guest user im using the one that has the admin control i just finished removal tool what should i do now. try updates or eset again. sorry vista king you have been very patient with me i really appreciate it .

    Did the MCPR tool locate any mcafee files and folders ? Restart the PC and restart the ESET tool and let it finish before you do anything else .

    im sorry vista king but this is my sister's pc and she lives in another state and i was hoping to fix it for her b4 she had to leave and she is leaving so i guess i wont be able to fix the whole problem but it is running alot smoothier than b4 and can't thank you enough but she is not tech savy. do you think that maybe if they come out with a sp2 that it would restore ie and all other problems possibly?
