Strange shut down

    so this week i have faced some strange laptop behaviour. When the battery is at 10-13% and i get that message from windows..after a few seconds the laptop suddenly shuts down . no warning ..nothing..it shuts down in a second. why is that?

    Hello Dani,

    Normally you should have gotten a low battery warning before your laptop just shuts down.

    The settings for this are under Battery in your Advanced Power Plan Settings like below. You will be able to turn on or off the "Low battery notification", and set what battery percentage "level" to reach before doing the "action" you set.

    i actualy get the notfication. but in my opinion ( compared with the past months ) it shouldn't shut down after the low battery notification ( yellow color ) . the critical battery notification ( red color ) deosn't have time to appear beacause the laptop suddenly stops . i have changed those settings. now i will get the low battery notification at 10% instead of 5 % . thanks
