so this week i have faced some strange laptop behaviour. When the battery is at 10-13% and i get that message from windows..after a few seconds the laptop suddenly shuts down . no warning ..nothing..it shuts down in a second. why is that?

Hello Dani,
Normally you should have gotten a low battery warning before your laptop just shuts down. The settings for this are under Battery in your Advanced Power Plan Settings like below. Power Plan Settings - ChangeYou will be able to turn on or off the "Low battery notification", and set what battery percentage "level" to reach before doing the "action" you set. i actualy get the notfication. but in my opinion ( compared with the past months ) it shouldn't shut down after the low battery notification ( yellow color ) . the critical battery notification ( red color ) deosn't have time to appear beacause the laptop suddenly stops . i have changed those settings. now i will get the low battery notification at 10% instead of 5 % . thanks
