PC always freezes at first boot

Good evening,
I have had this problem for two months now and i can't seem to figure it out and i thought i'd bring in the big guns (you guys )
on my first boot of everyday my PC decides to freeze each time, the freezing in almost always after windows opens and i log in to my account. then i simply reset it using the case button since nothing else works, and 90% of the time that would be the end of it.. it boots fine.
This happens each time i turn my PC on for that day.
This also happened a couple of times while i'm using it but rarely... for example everything freezes, but the audio continues for a bit (2-3 seconds) then it cuts of.
After rebooting i get this message "windows recovered from serious error" which is very ominous

attached is the zip file from the 7forums diagnostic tool just in case that is helpful.

Thank you for your help,
