Msconfig - Does Selective Startup Cause Slower Boot

I've been using MSCONFIG for several years and have had a question about the amount of time (at boot) between NORMAL STARTUP and SELECTIVE STARTUP.

After making changes (i.e. unchecking boxes to disable programs/processes), I've not been able to change back to NORMAL STARTUP and preserve my changes – thus, not been able to verify time changes.

    Hello Win7rap,

I have the same thing. As long as your startup programs are all enabled, it'll be normal startup. :)
