Computer lags for 30 seconds then freezes while almost idle

I've been banging my head against a wall trying to figure this thing out but no luck so far. This always happens when I'm just doing work, (studying some notes for my ccent exam, working on the network simulator, etc, etc). Doesn't happen when I'm playing a game or if it did I don't remember it happening then. At some random point in time my computer will just lag for a few seconds, and then completely freeze. Then, I will usually have to hard reset it, and it will reboot by itself. I didn't get a bluescreen, but windows acted like I got one anyway and showed the error message "windows just recovered from a blue screen" Luckily for me I have blue screen view and the results are in the attachment below along with a dxdiag.
I have run antivirus scans from various programs and I have come up with nothing, also I have uninstalled and re-installed drivers for both the graphics card and the chipset, updated the bios, re-seated the graphics card, run chkdsk, and the system file checker, and no dice. So I'm not sure where to look next. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Ran the adware scanner, (which does a an excellent job btw) and I had adware I had so much adware that I didn't even know about. I have run tdss killer before and I ran it again upon your suggestion, but t didn't pick up anything. My computer has been working fine thus far so i guess only time will tell if the problem has been fixed or not. Thank you so much for your support, I really do appreciate it :)

    Just had another incident

I woke my computer from sleep mode, and started up a game called warframe. As soon as warframe went fullscreen (screen usually turns black for a split second before showing the game), it froze on a black screen, my speakers started making this weird noise, and my keboards led lighting turned off (i have a logitech g510). I then hard reset my computer.

I would suggest first redo that driver Blue for the GPU maybe it may put the graphics right.
    EVGA Download Center

Just as a trial have you tried the onboard graphics with the card out - I know it will not be enough for gaming but it might just rule out or point blame at the card.

Blue this is from your specs.

    Antivirus Advanced system care

This program or any thing else from IOBit has caused more problems to peoples computers than a trojan infection.

Hmm Bear didn't see that and yes having an experience with the wretched stuff just recently I can attest to the IObit stuff being a real PITA.

I read your post about iobit stuff a little late, because I used smart defrag and the optimize function completely screwed up my computer and my games. No worries though as I have recently reinstalled my OS and all of my stuff. However, Advanced system care has never given me any problems,

Please, get rid of Advanced sysyem care (destroy) it will ruin your system, and get rid of smart defrag, there is no reason to use any thing other then windows built in defragmenter.
