    Dell Vostro 270, w7 pro 64bit
Hey, my computer is pretty new, about a month and it started freezing.
The picture freezs, include the mouse and nothing move. if I heard music the last half second played in a loop.
sometimes the freez pasts after a minute but sometimes I have to power off the computer from the button.
I think that after everytime the windows-loading (shiny windows logo) is getting longer.
    please help.

Hello and welcome nupity mate try doing these from safe mode if necessary
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    and
    Disk Check for starters.

    Hi nupity,

    Welcome to Seven forums.

Kindly perform the steps suggested by ICit2lol. And then to ensure there are no hardware issues with the system, please run the diagnostics following the link below:

    http://dell.to/11NpLCy

Also, if the issue occurred after any new updates or software installed on the system then kindly perform system restore:

    System Restore

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

Unfortunately, all of the test past (no problems found).
So there is other way besides restore to an earlier point?

Try back to just before the last update that should not have been that long ago an you won't lose data.
