    Your BIOS VERSION : A05
    Current BIOS VERSION : A06

    Click on the link below

    Driver Details | Dell US

    Click Download File for File Format: Windows/DOS

    Then click on Download via browser

    Save the file to your Desktop

    Double click on the File

    Click the Update button

    Rerun RogueKiller and select Delete after you clicked on Scan . Upload the new log .

    chkdsk still running - about 65% through stage 4

    After that is all done . Rerun RogueKiller and click on Delete

    Chkdsk finished but I wasn't around to see what displayed - I suspect nothing since nothing showed up until I left - at about the 50% mark of stage 5.

    Updated the BIOS.

    Reran RogueKiller and have attached the log. It looks like the Zero Access trojan has FINALLY been removed, but it made no difference in the performance of IE10. I've had to switch to Chrome to type this - the IE10 homepage of MSN would almost always display, but when I would click on this topic, which I'd set as a Favorite in IE, I got about 9 instances of 'This page cannot be displayed'. Then I rebooted and got 5 more before I decided to use Chrome.

    I've disabled every IE add-on and reset the browser. It makes no difference.
