Slow boot-up with Startup repair screen

My PC has started taking 10 to 15 minutes to boot to the user log in screen. Iíve run multiple Virus, Malware, and utilities programs including:

    Avast Free Antivirus
    Malwareytes Anti-Malware
    Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit
    SuperAntiSpyware
    SlimCleaner
    Ccleaner
    Glary utilities

None of these turned up virus, malware, or issues; and didnít help my boot time. Also, 1 out of 4 startup takes me to a screen the ďstartup repairĒ screen which gives me an option to repair the startup or to start windows normally. I select repair startup, it runs for awhile and then I get the question to cancel or do a system restore. I select system restore which works. Even with the restore the next boot is slow and get slower until Iím get the ďstartupĒ repairĒ screen.

I checked the event log and found several events in error. Iíve attached the event id and message.

Iím running Window 7 64 bit

    Any help would be appreciated,,

Establish a Clean Boot to get the freeloaders off of your Startup, test the hardware, check the logs for repeat errors to resolve, utilize the System Resources from Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

But if this is the factory preinstall then that's the worst possible install of Win7 one can have, so I would finally experience native Win7 performance by doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get rid of the crippling bloatware. Until then at the minimum I'd Clean Up Factory Bloatware
