Long black screen during pc bootup?

This seemed to come right after my usual maintenance like doing all my scans and defragmenting and now everytime I bootup before it going to the blue login screen I get stuck at a black screen for like 2 minutes. I have no clue what could be the problem any suggestions?

What exactly did you do what you call "maintenance"?

Can you go back in time using System Restore ?
If so go back to a date/time prior to "maintenance". Did avast, malwarebytes and windows defender find any virus/malware? If not a rerun fo them is not needed after "system restore". Also defraggler isn't necessary. Same problem after doing system restore? If all is fine:

    • Update programs ony-by-one whith reboots in between. And test if problems comes back
    • run ccleaner and test if problem comes back
    • update video card adn reboot and test if problem comes back

thanks for your reply, I realized I recently put a sticky note up to remind me of something and figured I would take it off and try and that seemed to be the problem, I'm getting quick boots now. I don't know why that was slowing it down but I don't seem to have the problem anymore thank you for your time though

I'm assuming it was having a Sticky note open, as soon as I closed it and tried rebooting the problem went away. edit- im talking about the program that lets you put a sticky note on your desktop not a actual paper one
