Startup Repair after PC is up and running

    Download the win7 installtion iso and burn it to dvd. Boot that and when you see the screen saying "Install Now" , at bottom left click "Repair my computer". That is identical to the startup repair options on F8 . You may need to run startup repair 3 times.

    The installation media is essential, you can do a lot of useful things with it as well as startup repair , e.g

    I think maybe your winload is corrupted.
    Try replacing it with a correct one

    Yes it is. Those are legal version of the OS. Keys are not included, you would use your own key that in on the sticker of your machine.
