    Fixed problem -go here> Troubleshooting this worked for me. I am using win7 64 bit, but there is also a fix for 32 it users

    Problem solved window experience index and Kasperky internet security go to the address below and follow the
    instructions
    I am using win 7 pro-64 bit but there is a fix for 32 bit users there also good luck

Windows Experience Index Fails

All of a sudden I am not able to complete a run of my Windows Experience Index. I get an error message that the Kernel Logger is being used by another process. What does that mean?

When I try to rate my System, it starts than hangs up while "Running the Direct3D 9 Aero Assessment". Windows 7 Ultimate RC Build 7100. Display Adapter Nvidia GeForce 8800GTS. Driver is updated (8.16.11.9107) Runs OK on the Vista drive with a 5.9 rating. Pete
