Program using 100% CPU. Cannot get rid of it. No virus detected.

My computer has been very slow and sometimes unresponsive. I opened my task manager and found several files (3) called soedech.exe running and using up 100% of the CPU and physical memory. I tried to end process on all of them and they stopped running for about 10 seconds then started again. I opened file location and it is in a folder titled "ynqaxep" in app data>roaming. I tried to delete the file but I can't because it says it's in use and/or currently running. So I quickly stopped the processes and deleted the file, it deleted, but came right back. I ran spybot and malwarebytes. Malwarebytes detected several Trojans, fixed them and restarted but soedech.exe was still there after reboot. Ran malware again and it found no threats. I've tried googling the file name and came up with nothing. Any help or suggestions? speak slowly and use small words, I'm not completely computer illiterate, but not a computer nerd either!!

There are nine scanners referenced in this guide. Follow the instructions and run them in the order listed. You should run all 9 - it takes a lot of time, but the procedure is thorough.

Scan your machine with ESET OnlineScan

Hold down Control and click on the following link to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window.

1. Click on to download the ESET Smart Installer. Save it to your desktop.
2. Double click on the icon on your desktop.

Establish a Clean Boot with only your AV - a lightweight solution like Microsoft Security Essentials - starting with Windows, after disinfecting as Jacee says then run SFC /SCANNOW Command to check for system file damage, complete the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

In particular after infection always check your browser Add-On's to make sure only Flash is enabled. Disable the others and uninstall them in Control Panel. Then run SUPERAntiSpyware.com to root them out of registry keys where they hide to avoid uninstall.

I ended up running ESET. The free online scan detected a bunch of Trojans but did not get rid of them. So I downloaded the free trial and it worked like a charm! It found 101 infected files that spybot and malwarebytes did not find. Thank you all for the help.
