Stopping and starting when typing

First do you have the correct drivers for the keyboard? Try updating the drivers and see if that helps.

Beyond that, can you post your system specs so we know exactly what PC you're working with?

As far as specs, I don't need a whole lot of information from you just yet. I was just making sure it wasn't a Laptop. Sometimes the issue of the cursor can be solved by disabling smart pad on the laptop because the users palm would be resting on it and that would then create the issue you're having.

Lets backup for a minute and tell me exactly when this happens. So is it mainly while you're on the internet? What about if you're not surfing whatsoever and lets say you're typing in Word, does it still happen? If its not as bad in word while your internet is connected, can you disconnect your internet completely and see if it stops? You can simply disconnect the ethernet cord to test this. If so, I think your issue would be connection related and not have anything to do with your Keyboard or drivers.

Ok so do you have any other problems with your connection? Can you open webpages as normal or is that slow too?

Also, is this only while you're in Internet Explorer, or does this happen in Chrome and/or Firefox?

Do you know if you installed any add-ons or changed any settings when this problem started? Maybe you just upgraded to IE 11 from 10 or another version and the problem started then? What you can try is using a program like BackRex ( http://backsettings.com/internet-explorer-backup.html ) and try either reinstalling IE 11 or going to IE 10 and see if the problem still persists.

Another thing you can try if you did add some features to IE 11 recently, try disabling or getting rid of your add-ons one by one and see if the problem gets fixed after disabling them. If you disable one and it doesn't help, go ahead and add it back because it is most likely not the issue.

EDIT: Please try uninstalling add-ons before totally reinstalling IE 11.

Just as a precautionary measure, I would also run your Antivirus and Malware/Spyware software.

Its also good to use CCleaner (CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download) often to keep unnecessary files from building up on your PC and it can also clean up your browsers. Keep in mind this may remove your saved passwords which is fine as long as you're ok with that. If not on the left side when you open Ccleaner there is a box next to "Cookies" and "Saved Passwords", untick those and your passwords should remain saved.
