    2.) Have you installed any new software/hardware?

    No dump file in the zip.

    Check C:\Windows\minidump. If there are .dmp files, zip up the last 4 or 5 and upload the zip here.

    Does it shutdown or just drop power? If it drops power then you probably have a heat problem.
    Clean the vents in the laptop with a can of compressed air, see if that helps. If not then you will need to disassemble the laptop to clean it completely. Also check to make sure the fan is running.

    Ya ive recently changed motherboard, fan and heat sink. But the same problem has remained. Actually whenever it consumes more processor and fan runs vigorously it'll turn off . Sometimes it'll fail to turn on also

    Im not able to find minidump folder in c:windows

    You're NOT Blue Screening then so it's almost certainly a heat problem.
