Windows 7 startup repair !

I got tired of searching about any solution for this issue :S

Something goes wrong with my windows 7 and when am trying to start the windows .. Its start an auto repair without choosing to do this repair or not .. it must run ,So when it runs it telling me there's no problems and when i do a system restore it telling me it's successfuly done and when i restart again it lauches the repair again and i can't do anything to escape from it !!!
And i tried to press F8 but nothing happen it's just starting a repair !

So any suggestions ?

I can't setup another fresh windows i have an important data on this windows (Like some work, PROs, Games Saves.....)

I tried it and all steps goes fine but when i restarted the windows it launched the repair again .. So nothing happened !! :S
So any other solution ?

You could create a live Peppermint USB to use to try and recover any files that you don't want to lose.

Afterwards, it looks like you may need to reinstall Windows.
