If you don't use them definitely delete them. Same goes for anything else you don't want/need. I recommend Revo uninstaller (free) it gets the bits and pieces left behind by most uninstallers. Keeps you from having to use/muck around in the registry which is very dangerous. Just a thought ....... how much free space versus used space on your HDD?
I have 176.4 GB of used space and 121.2 GB of free space which in kinda less. Actually, the people who installed windows 7 on this laptop, didn't realize that they made a BIG mistake. They only made the C: partition about 48 GB in size which is pretty less when you need a lot of files that should only belong to C: and you should at least have 15 GB of free space in C: drive or whatever partition you install windows in. They made the E: partition the largest i.e 102 GB for no reason at all. In my opinion they should have made the C: partition the largest. Anyways, this laptop stayed kinda messed up until dad gave it to me as a present back in 2011 so I don't know how this laptop 'lived' its past life in the hands of dad. I cleaned up all bloatware and ran another ccleaner cleanup. I barely manage to keep up 13 GB space for C:. Anyways, now I want to take a look on what more to remove/optimize. Thanks! By the way, is there any way to grow or shrink my C: drive?
Perhaps you may use Minitool Partition Manager to take some free space from E: and Redistribute it on C. It's simple, it does not require to reinstall windows is very safe
And it's free.

Does minitool not require to delete the partition before proceeding? In that way, I'll be safe by all means and without loss of data corruption.
ANYTIME you access your drives to do ANYTHING you should back up. At least the data you don't want to lose. Read the tutorials I linked to.
I'll be safe since you will be working with free space from E:. What you will do is to set partition E: to a smaller size. You will be using the space you free on E. And merge it to drive C:. The software will do the rest.
Read the tutorials Indianacarnie posted. I am pretty sure it will work fine. Is ALWAYS important to Back up Data first before doing any task involving your HDD's. Such as partitioning, resizing etc.
Would you guys recommend any other third-party backup tool other than windows backup? Windows backup always messes up my backups that is why I'm asking this.
