    explorer.exe maxing out RAM

    Hi,

This started happening today, I downloaded to TV shows with utorrent. I now have two occurances of each, 2 in downloads and two in a sharing folder to stream to Ps3. Can't delete any of them because the recycle bin window just lags forever but i can delete any other file

Have 8gig and after restart explorer.exe will increase in increments of 10,000K til it uses all of my ram.

Ran CCleaner and Malware bytes (found 15 and removed).

Kind of lost, would appreciate any advise.

    Thanks

Ok think i fixed it, sorry.

I had to download Lockhunter and remove all four of the files mentioned as explorer.exe had locked them.

Is there anything else i need to do/run to ensure it wasn't a virus or to ensure the problem is 100% resolved?

    Many thanks
