All "memory optimizer" programs are worse than useless. Windows 7 has excellent memory management out of the box and will not benefit from such programs.

I once tried the Wise memory optimizer just as an experiment. I was not at all impressed.
David Solomon and Mark Russinovich, both well known Windows experts and authors of "Windows Internals" 5th edition, talked about these programs. They were not complimentary.

There is no need or benefit in using any registry cleaner. There is little evidence that they improve performance while there is much they do not. The risks in using them are well known.
