    Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1 U (media refresh) X17-58868.iso source: Windows 7 Direct Download Links (or use the win7 install dvd you already have [SP1 must be included])

    Download and burn that ISO and boot from it. Try a "repair install" Repair Install
