Unfortunately, "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations".
Any other suggestions of how I might fix this?
Also, apologies for incorrectly sharing screenshots.
    Thanks for your help.

Ahhh, I missed that you had done an sfc /scannow earlier.

Check to see if its a startup program that is causing the issue:

I think I may have actually identified the problem, however I will use it for today and see if it happens again to be sure.
    Thanks again for the help.

Unfortunately, I could not identify a service or a program on start up that caused the problem. It still continues
    Thanks!

Did you or did you not complete Goldens suggestion?

Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

    From post #6

I have tried both of your suggested solutions.
I launched safe mode and everything seemed to be fine + I know from previously when I have ran anti-virus scans in safe mode that it is working fine
Things are okay in safe mode is a clue.

Another suggestion. You are not getting BSOD but this still might help.

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

It will produce logs and it explains how to post them here.
I will ask some friends to read the logs and see if they can find something.
Have you or have you not removed all unnecessary things plugged into the computer?
We need answers to our suggestions to guide us.

Apologies, I didn't see that question. What do you class as unnecessary? The only things I have connected are my keyboard + mouse and my headset.
