10 windows are loading when i open browser

Hi guys, I'm looking for a tool that would allow me to setup multiple open windows on my desktop and save the layout (location, sizes, etc), so i can later click a button and change from one layout to another. For example: one layout for win7 administration, another for web development, etc. ...

Hi...I am using an Acer D260 netbook...it has a few minor ailments but for the most part functions well enough although at times a little slow.
