    Hi, welcome to Seven forums.

The dllhost.exe is a valid Windows process. The COM+ hosting process controls processes in Internet Information Services (IIS) and is used by many programs. For example, it loads the .NET runtime. There can be multiple instances of the DLLhost.exe process running.

Did you install some codecs for Media player? If yes, try to remove those and check.

There are many things that can cause these kinds of problems.
To start off using McAfee and/or IoBits will surly cause problems.
I would recommend removing both McAfee and IoBits programs of any kind use their online tools for removal.
Then install Microsoft Security Essentials update it and use Windows 7 built in firewall.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Then to check if Windows 7 System Files are still okay do this as per the tutorial by Brink.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Generally the dllhost.exe is in both the system32 and syswow64 folders, is it in both?

The advice to remove McAfee was an excellent suggestion, it's your computer, so do whatever you want.
Installing Iobit was a bad idea; it is generally not advisable to install over hyped software to solve a problem. The purpose of this and other forums is to help you solve a problem, since you have decided to "wing it", I hope you are able to find a solution.

    Good luck,
