Running these will also be helpful

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.
    • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
    • Click on the Scan button.
    • AdwCleaner will begin...be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
    • After the scan has finished, click on the Report button...a logfile (AdwCleaner[R#].txt) will open in Notepad for review (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
    • The contents of the log file may be confusing. Unless you see a program name that you know should not be removed, don't worry about it. If you see an entry you want to keep, let me know about it.
    • Copy and paste the contents of that logfile in your next reply.
    • A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

    5. Turn Off Unneeded Visual Effects
Uncheck the visual effect options that you do not want or need, or select the Adjust for best performance option, to increase the speed. You can optimize performance by changing how menus and windows appear. The most common visual effects to uncheck are:

    • Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing
    • Animations in the taskbar and Start Menu
    • Enable transparent glass
    • Fade or slide menus into view
    • Fade or slide ToolTips into view
    • Fade out menu items after clicking
    • Show shadows under windows
    • Slide open combo boxes

    31. Scan your Computer for Malware or Spyware

If your computer has been infected with spyware or malware, then this they can cause all sorts of issues including slowing your computer down to a crawl. Be sure to scan your system with a good program like the free Windows Defender Offline, MSE, and Malwarebytes Free for malware (ex: virus) and spyware, and allow the program to remove any that may be found.

My brother gave me his login details here, coz he is away atm. He said to post a topic and get some advice/help from you guys.

I have 2 computers, 1 is my son's and he plays alot of games on it. Both our computers are slow, especially mine. Both Run Windows 7 64bit, and Norton 360.

What else do you need to need so i can get help?
um..try advanced system care.Try to minimize the start up programs and unnecessary processes. Advanced system care also helps in increasing the system boot up speed. use wise care 365 once in a while. I hope this helps a little. My laptop boot up speed is around 60 seconds after using it and believe me it was 124 seconds >.<
