    CPU over usage

Hello everyone. I am using a Toshiba Satellite C660 laptop running celerom B800 1.50Ghz. I am using it for more than 2 years.
3 days ago it started showing me a really boring problem! when starting up, before anything else starts the CPU usage is already on its 100% and it remains frozen for about 30 minutes then it drops to 0% spending some 10 minutes. During this period, nothing else can be done until it recovers to its normal state and i can use it normally. The big problem is at starting up.
I need a help on how to solve this problem please.

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums .. Which Antivirus program do you use .. If you do not already use Malwarebytes i would suggest you Download it and run a full scan .. I would also Uninstall Advanced System Care IMO this program causes nothing but problems .. Once you have done the above suggestions report back please ...

You have a entry level laptop at best with Advanced System Care and probably all the factory bloat ware. That combination means sloooow.
Do you have a COA sticker on you laptop. The sticker that has Micorsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit and a 25 digit code ?

Thanks for your reach time. I can't get to fix it, its now worst in a way that it can't operate anymore. it stacks on its 100%
CPU usage even trying a safe mode boot and it won't provide me boot options for a repair while trying to boot from a system disk.
Maxie i never used Malwarebyte and don't know where to get it, would you please provide me a link?
LayBack Bear i don't know what a COA sticker is, pleas explain me.

    cheers

What a COA sticker is, it's the sticker that the Manufacter provides with your Product key located on it as well as it will tell you what version of windows your laptop should be running. You would normaly find this on the bottom of the laptop. I find it strange that a laptop with the specs that you have would be running Windows 7 Ultimate.
