I have never seen "blowers" other than canned air...I have searched but only find the "suckers"...can you direct or provide a link?
Something like this: Newegg.com - DataVac Electric Duster ED500- Green Alternative to Canned Air - by Metropolitan Vacuum Cleaner but they are a bit expensive so it may be cheaper to get canned air.
The vacuums are not common though.
Something like this.
Metro Vacuum MDV-1BA DataVac Pro 4.5-AMP Computer Vac/Blower
With canned air or a blower you just move the dust and dirt around, you do not eliminate it. Using a vacuum with quality filters traps all the dust and hair. I find the Datavac works great, sucks up most of the dust and dirt, then you blow off what remains.
I used to use 1-2 cans of canned air every month, even at COSTCO prices I was spendy, the Datavac is paid for in under a year.
