So Gary, you have been experimenting again haven't you? Probably shouldn't ask but you did run it several times?

    Hey Gary,

It shows the file below cannot be repaired. It shows it has a hash mismatch, that could be caused if it had been modified.

    C:\Windows\Branding\Shellbrd\shellbrd.dll

Looks like the shellbrd.dll in C:\Windows\Branding\ShellBrd

    Did you edit it?

    Jerry

    Edit: Ya what Shawn said

Shawn and Jerry, not on purpose.

Doug, yup I did change the system logo with a small program.

    SFC can't repair some files-logo.png

I also have noticed all my.dll and .html files have a generic icon as well. I have installed custom icons on my quick start menu too.

I bet that program edited it, the default image is bitmap #1050 in that .dll

Thanks Doug it's from editing a lot of .dlls.

Gary that is a Logoff/Logon background changer, you must of used something else to change that image.
